Bruxell’A Capella is back! We are happy to announce their Christmas concert « GAUDETE » on 12 December at the Chapel.
Gaudete or Rejoice will be a celebration of renewed possibilities, an opening of doors onto a brighter future, after almost 2 years during which the world held its breath and the music stopped.
For this project, they are returning to their favourite musical era of polyphony and are revisiting some of their most loved composers, such as Lassus, de Morales, Byrd and Praetorius.
For this joyful occasion, conductor Michiel Haspeslagh has put together a beautiful programme in which voices and instruments such as cornett, dulcian and trombone will constantly blend, alternate and complement each other.
