Our friends from the Finnish Seamens’ Mission and the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland cordially invite you to an evening discussion on the Future of Europe on the eve of the Finnish EU Presidency.
How can common European values be strengthened, and what is the role of Churches in developing the European project.

The speakers include i.a. Archbishop Tapio Luoma, Vice-President of the European Commission Jyrki Katainen, MEP Anneli Jäätteenmäki and Fr. Sorin Selaru, Head of the Representation of the Romanian Orthodox Church to the European Institutions.

The event will be held in English and partially Finnish.

After the event, refreshments will be served // you are invited to a networking reception on the ground floor.
